You will coach the store team, ensure top-notch customer service, and implement in-store marketing initiatives while maintaining brand standards. The role requires strong leadership, retail experience, and the ability to build relationships with VIP clients. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in retail/luxury industry.
• 2 years of managerial experience.
• Strong in commercial and customer service mindset.
• Outgoing, dependable, and pro-active team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the store team on the showroom floor.
• Drive sales to meet targets and KPIs through effective leadership.
• Plan in-store events and promotions to grow the local customer base.
• Maintain excellent customer service and monitor staff performance.
• Provide recommendations to Retail Director to boost product category sales.
• Be aware of market trends and competitor activities and adapt accordingly.
• Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with VIP clients and repeat customers.
• Collaborate with SEAA Marketing to execute in-store marketing activities.
• Oversee inventory management and stock levels per market demand.
• Manage payroll, staffing rosters and disciplinary actions per policy.
• Oversee store administration, including billing, reconciliation, and reports.
• Ensure VM standards and window displays align with brand guidelines.
