Gramercy Music (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Retail Operations Executive to oversee store, warehouse, and fulfilment activities. The role spans retail floor duties, inventory management, e‑commerce, and dealer order fulfilment, requiring practical organization and versatility.

You will be on-site five days a week, communicate in English and Mandarin with dealers, and handle stock controls, quotations, and records.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English; able to handle correspondence independently.
• Mandarin proficiency required for regular communication with Mandarin-speaking dealer base.
• Proficiency in Excel; comfortable with sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Manage shop opening and closing duties including cash tally, POS readiness, and shop presentation.
• Assist with receiving shipments and stock placement; organize store and stock locations.
• Maintain store front merchandising, restocking, and displays; keep warehouse clean and safe.
• Conduct routine stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy across all channels (retail, e‑commerce, dealer).
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions; process e‑commerce and dealer orders with accurate documentation.

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Retail Operations Executive to keep our store, warehouse, and fulfilment operations running smoothly. This role sits at the intersection of retail floor duties, inventory management, e-commerce and dealer order fulfilment, and customer/dealer account support. It suits someone practical and organized — one hour on the shop floor, the next preparing a quotation for a school or overseas dealer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shop opening and shop closing duties like tallying the cash in the cash register, ensuring POS system is ready, ensuring retail shop is well presented
• Assist with offloading incoming shipments and arranging stock into its designated locations
• Organize and maintain the store front — merchandising, restocking, and keeping displays presentable
• Keep the warehouse meticulously clean, well-organized, and safe to work in
• Maintain general store upkeep and housekeeping
• Conduct routine stock counts
• Ensure inventory accuracy across all sales channels — retail, e-commerce, and dealer
• Investigate and report discrepancies promptly, and follow through on corrections
• Pick, pack, and fulfil e-commerce orders accurately and within stated turnaround times
• Pick, pack, and fulfil dealer orders, ensuring correct documentation accompanies each shipment

About you

• Available to work 5 days per week, on-site
• Strong written and spoken English, sufficient to handle customer and dealer correspondence independently
• Proficiency in Mandarin, as the role requires regular communication with our Mandarin-speaking dealer base
• Working knowledge of Excel — comfortable with sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and pivot tables
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the discipline to keep records and stock accurate
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including lifting, offloading shipments, and moving stock
• Able to manage competing deadlines during peak periods
• Valid Class 3 driving license and confidence driving a company van (advantageous)
• Prior experience in retail operations, warehousing, or order fulfilment (advantageous)
• Experience preparing quotations or working with B2B/dealer accounts (advantageous)
