Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple retail outlets in Singapore. You will drive operational excellence, ensure inventory accuracy, and support sales growth while maintaining food safety and company standards.

You will collaborate with management, marketing, procurement and QA teams to deliver a superb customer experience and optimise store performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in retail operations management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a continuous-improvement mindset.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Customer-oriented with a strong compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily operations across multiple retail outlets.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational efficiency, service excellence, and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure outlets operate in line with SOPs and food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Monitor store performance and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Support new store openings, renovations, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing and Procurement to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate and implement in-store promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movement across all outlets.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and transfers to ensure availability while minimising wastage.
• Prepare and manage monthly duty rosters and manpower scheduling.

About the role

Benefits

• Up to SGD 3,500 x 13 months, plus variable bonus based on personal and company performance
• 5.5-day work week: Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:45pm, alternate Saturdays 8:30am–12:30pm
• Willing to work a retail roster covering weekdays, weekends, and Public Holidays, with off-in-lieu provided for weekend/PH work
