Job summary

Anker Innovations seeks an energetic Retail Operations Executive to support our growing Singapore retail presence. You will oversee daily store performance, coordinate with store managers, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across Anker outlets and partner retailers.

Responsibilities include inventory planning, visual merchandising, staff rostering, and promotion setup. You will analyze weekly sales, monitor stock levels, and ensure branding consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail operations, store management, or channel management.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in Consumer Electronics or FMCG is a strong plus.

• Monitor and optimize day-to-day operations for designated stores/kiosks to ensure high standards of performance and customer service.
• Track daily sales targets, analyze store traffic, and implement operational improvements.
• Manage stock levels, replenishment schedules, and inventory accuracy across retail outlets.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to prevent stock-outs and manage NPIs.
• Ensure store layouts, product displays, and promotional POSM adhere to Anker branding guidelines.
• Prepare weekly/monthly retail performance reports and sales analysis for regional management.

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Retail Operations Executive to support our growing retail presence in Singapore. You will be responsible for overseeing daily retail store performance, coordinating with store managers, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all Anker retail touchpoints (offline outlets/Kiosks/authorized retail partners).

Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Management:
• Monitor and optimize day-to-day operations for designated retail stores/kiosks to ensure high standards of performance and customer service.
• Work closely with store supervisors to track daily sales targets, analyze store traffic, and implement operational improvements.
• Inventory & Merchandise Planning:
• Manage stock levels, replenishment schedules, and inventory accuracy across retail outlets.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to prevent stock-outs and manage new product rollouts (NPIs).
• Visual Merchandising (VM) & Brand Representation:
• Ensure store layouts, product displays, and promotional POSM (Point of Sale Materials) strictly adhere to Anker global branding guidelines.
• Plan and execute end-to-end promotional setups for seasonal events, product launches, and retail campaigns.
• Promoter & Staff Management:
• Assist in roster planning, training, and performance evaluations for retail promoters and store staff.
• Equip store staff with thorough product knowledge across Anker, Soundcore, eufy, and Nebula product lines.
• Market Insights & Reporting:
• Prepare weekly/monthly retail performance reports and sales analysis for regional management.
• Gather competitor intelligence, customer feedback, and market trends to identify new retail growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or channel management (experience in Consumer Electronics or FMCG is a strong plus).
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of retail metrics (conversion rate, ATV, sales productivity).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and retail ERP/POS systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proactive, organized, dynamic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage to liaise with regional teams in Greater China).
