FairPrice Group is seeking a Manager (Retail Media Business Development) to drive commercial growth for its retail media and digital ad operations in Singapore. Qualifications

4–5 years of experience in digital ad sales, media agency planning, or digital ad operations.
1+ years of experience working with Retail Media Networks (RMN), e-commerce platforms, or performance marketing channels (advantageous).
Established relationships with mid-to-senior brand managers and media agency planners.
Solid understanding of digital advertising metrics and attribution models.
Proven ability to manage full sales cycles and close mid-to-large media packages.
Strong ability to turn data into ROI-focused campaign stories.

Responsibilities

Shape the annual digital advertising roadmap and revenue forecasts.
Build and maintain agency relationships to secure recurring ad spend.
