FairPrice Group in Singapore is seeking a Lead (Retail Media Business Development) to drive regional sales strategy and establish high-value partnerships with major FMCG brands and holding company agencies.

You will champion the RMN platform, leverage first-party data, and position closed-loop measurement as a top solution to boost ROAS and brand equity, while mentoring senior account teams and shaping the product roadmap.

Formación

• Experience 10 to 15 years in Publisher-side Digital Sales or Media Leadership.
• At least 3+ years specifically within Retail Media, E-commerce, or Data-Driven Performance Marketing.
• Active Rolodex of senior-level contacts (CMO/VP level) within major CPG/FMCG brands.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Revenue Leadership.
• Commercial Strategy: Define the annual sales roadmap, including territory planning, category prioritization, and revenue forecasting.
• Consultative Selling: Discuss ROAS, iROAS, and CLV with Brand Managers and CMOs.
• The Closed-Loop Pitch: Show how digital ad exposure links to POS data online and in-store.
• Agency & Stakeholder Governance.
• Navigate relationships with Holding Co. Commerce Leads and Investment Heads to secure Always-On budgets.
• Cross-Functional Advocacy: Partner with Head of Business Operations and Product teams to feed RMN roadmap.
• Lead multi-year JBPs aligning RMN capabilities with client launch cycles and seasonal peaks.
• Market Excellence & Team Mentorship.
• Thought Leadership: Represent FPG at industry events in a data-driven future.
• Sales Enablement: Mentor senior account managers on closing techniques and narrative building.
