Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in digital sales or media sales.
• Min 2 years in team leading/managerial role.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
• Strong knowledge in digital, social, print and integrated advertising solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting, and digital campaign metrics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Manage and grow relationships with key clients and accounts.
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend advertising solutions across channels.
• Lead negotiations and drive new business and account growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
• Lead, coach, and mentor junior sales team members.
