Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Retail Leasing Executive to support retail planning, trade reviews and tenant mix assessments. You will source and secure suitable retail tenants through prospecting, cold calling and site viewings, negotiate leases and renewals, and prepare lease documentation and marketing materials.

You will also monitor tenant sales, rental performance and conduct market research to stay competitive.

Qualifications

• Min. diploma / Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• Retail mall / leasing experience preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with tenant engagement, market research and leasing documentation.
• Organised and able to manage multiple leasing activities concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Support retail planning, including trade and tenant mix reviews
• Source and secure suitable retail tenants through prospecting, cold calling and site viewings
• Support negotiations for new leases and renewals
• Prepare and track lease documentation and marketing materials
• Monitor tenant sales, lease performance, rental analysis and forecasts
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective tenants
• Follow up on rental payments and outstanding arrears
• Monitor tenants' monthly sales submissions through relevant systems
• Support lease management and Point-of-Sale systems
• Assist with feasibility studies and development of new retail concepts
• Maintain tenancy, leasing and sales documentation
