Qualifications

• CEA salesperson registration qualification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office must be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement tenancy mix for a retail mall.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the mall.
• Maintain landlord-tenant relationships and manage lease documentation.
• Monitor rental payments and arrears; act on delinquencies.
• Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and early terminations as needed.
