Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Executive to support retail planning, tenant mix reviews, and lease negotiations. You will assist in sourcing tenants, preparing lease documentation, and monitoring lease performance through analytics and reporting.

The role involves market research, maintaining landlord-tenant relationships, managing payments and arrears, and supporting lease management systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in shopping mall leasing.
• Proven track record in retail leasing with good network of tenants.
• Strong negotiation and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Leasing Manager in retail planning, including trade/tenant mix review and planning.
• Propose, source and secure suitable tenants; negotiate new leases and renewals.
• Prepare and track lease documentation and marketing kits.
• Monitor lease performance, rental analysis and management reporting.
• Assist in market research and analysis of trends, data and reports on mall performance.
• Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships and engage with tenants, consultants and associations.
• Monitor rental payments and initiate action to recover arrears.
• Handle tenants and vendors on monthly GTO sales via portal and POS system.
• Assist in fine tuning lease management systems e.g., Lease Management Analytics System and POS.
• Support feasibility studies and formulation of new retail formats and concepts.
• Maintain tenancy/sales documents and files.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.
