Job summary

Pangjwee Development Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a retail leasing professional with 5+ years of experience to drive leasing strategies across our properties in Singapore.

You will source, evaluate, and secure tenants aligned with each property's positioning, and lead end-to-end lease negotiations including renewals.

Work with legal, tenancy coordination, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth onboarding, monitor market trends, and optimize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Hospitality, or related discipline preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail leasing.
• Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with leasing requirements and regulatory requirements.
• Strong grasp of drafting tenancy documentation and clauses.
• Well-connected within the retail industry with strong awareness of local market trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement leasing strategies tailored to our individual properties.
• Source, evaluate, and secure tenants that align with our properties' unique positioning and customer demographics.
• Lead end-to-end lease negotiations, including renewals and amendments, to optimize occupancy and rental income.
• Stay ahead of retail trends and competitor activity to inform tenant mix and leasing direction.
• Partner with internal teams [legal, tenancy coordination, operations, marketing] to ensure seamless tenant onboarding and fit out.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, fostering long-term collaboration and performance
• Monitor tenant sales and recommend adjustments to the tenancy mix to enhance footfall and revenue.
• Report to Head, Property and Mall Management.
