Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to support the Leasing Manager in retail planning and tenant mix optimization. You will source and secure tenants, conduct site viewings, and negotiate leases, while preparing documentation and marketing materials.

You'll also manage lease and sales systems, perform rental analysis and forecasting, and assist with market research and performance reporting for mall leadership. Strong communication with landlords and tenants is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Real Estate Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a shopping mall/retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Leasing Manager in retail planning, including tenant mix review and planning.
• Source and secure tenants fitting mall mix; conduct cold calls, site viewings, and lease negotiations.
• Prepare and track lease documents and marketing kits.
• Operate lease systems for tenant sales, rental analysis and forecasting.
• Assist in market research and trend analysis; prepare performance reports.
• Establish and maintain landlord-tenant relationships.
• Engage with prospective tenants, real estate consultants and associations.
• Monitor rental payments and recover arrears as needed.
• Handle monthly GTO sales via portal and POS; follow up with tenants/vendors.
• Assist in tuning Lease Management Analytics System and POS usage.
• Support feasibility studies and new retail formats development.
• Maintain orderly tenancy and sales documents.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.
