Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to support mall retail planning and tenant mix optimisation. The role involves approaching tenants aligned with the mall's positioning, conducting site viewings and negotiations for leases and renewals.

You will prepare lease documents, track marketing materials, monitor tenant performance and contribute to market research and rental forecasting for informed management decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support retail planning, including tenant mix reviews and planning.
• Identify, approach and secure suitable tenants that align with the mall's positioning and desired tenant mix.
• Conduct cold calls, site viewings and negotiations for new leases and lease renewals.
• Prepare, track and maintain lease documentation and marketing materials.
• Monitor tenant sales and lease performance, conduct rental analysis and forecasting, and prepare management reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify retail trends and assess mall performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, prospective tenants, real estate consultants and industry associations.
• Monitor rental payments and follow up on outstanding arrears to ensure timely collection.
• Coordinate with tenants and vendors to track and verify monthly Gross Turnover (GTO) sales through the mall's portal and POS system.
• Support the enhancement and optimisation of lease management analytics and POS systems.
• Assist in feasibility studies and the development of innovative retail formats and curated leasing concepts.
• Maintain accurate and organised tenancy records, lease files and sales documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
