Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore's Marina Bay area seeks a Leasing Executive to support a portfolio of commercial buildings. Candidates from retail or industrial leasing are welcome and training is provided.

Working location is Raffles Place with Mon–Fri 8:30am–6:00pm hours. Salary: up to SGD 4,000–6,000 plus AWS and VB, average 2–3 months. Chan Zi Hui EA Registration No.: R1220899

Qualifications

• Degree in RealEstate
• No experience needed - training provided
• Commercial leasing experience not required; retail or industrial leasing candidates welcome
• Great personality and good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Support strategic plans to enhance and increase portfolio income
• Establish long term business relationships to maximize occupancy and yield of portfolio
• Achieve competitive optimal rent and lease terms in the securing/renewing tenants
• Maintain relationship with tenants while ensuring tenants fulfilment of obligations (including timely rental payments, managing tenants feedbacks and complaints, queries on building maintenance and/or property tax matters)
• Establish good working relationships with shareholders representatives and various consultants including lawyers, QP, surveyors and real estate consultants

Our clientis a leading asset management company managing premium grade A commercial buildings in Singapore's new downtown at Marina Bay.

Candidates with experience in commercial, retail or industrial leasing are welcome to apply. If you're currently in retail or industrial leasing and keen to gain exposure to the commercial office sector, this could be a great next step.

• Support strategic business plans to enhance and increase portfolio income.
