Job summary

The role requires coordinating with operations, marketing, and finance to optimize occupancy and revenue, including negotiations, lease renewals, and documentation.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in related fields and 1–2 years’ experience in commercial or retail property.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in commercial or retail property sectors.
• Knowledge of lease terms, legal requirements, and property management principles is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, sourcing of new desired retail concepts, marketing and negotiation for new and lease renewals and any other lease-related matters.
• Building good Landlord-Tenant rapport for on-going discussions with regards to tenants’ performance and business direction.
• Finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation including Variation.
• Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry.
• Analysis of Tenants’ Sales, develop leasing strategies and recommendations based on market insights to attract and retain tenants.
• Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters.
• Preparation of budget and reports.
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders; ie. co-ordination team for renovation matters; with legal on completion of lease documentation, with Retail Management on daily operational matters.
