Job summary

E-PloymentConsultancy in Singapore is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Executive to meet sales targets, deliver product knowledge, and provide outstanding customer service.

You will attend to customer enquiries, cultivate long-term relationships, maintain the customer database, and assist with pricing, promotions, and product demonstrations. Training is provided for those with ITE/ Diploma and no prior experience; luxury retail experience is highly preferred. Five-day work week with retail hours.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred
• ITE/ Diploma with NO Working experience is welcome to apply as Training is provided
• Working days: 5 day work week (Retail Hours)
• Salary: $2500-4000 (Base on Experience & Qualification)

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Attend to customer enquiries, create sales opportunities and nurture relationships.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist customers with brand/model choices, provide product information and pricing, and demonstrate product usage.
• Participate in in-house promotional activities and support promotional events as needed.

1. Sales

• Ensure individual sales target is met.
• Attend to customers' enquires and create sales opportunity and cultivate long-term relationship with customers, build and maintain customer database, and to follow-up after sales services.

2. Operations

• Ensure all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
• Attend to customers' requirements, and to provide assistance on the choice of brands and models, provide product information and pricing, and demonstrate product usage.

3. Marketing

• Involved in all in-house promotional activities.
• Participate and render support to all promotional activities when required.

Job Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of retail experience - those with luxury retail experience would be highly preferred.
• ITE/ Diploma with NO Working experience is welcome to apply as Training is provided.
• Working days: 5 day work week (Retail Hours).
• Salary: $2500-4000 (Base on Experience & Qualification).
