Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and uphold premium brand standards.

You will plan staffing, coach teams, coordinate promotions and events, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across flagship or multi-store setups. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong visual merchandising and a track record of sales growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of retail experience, incl. 3–4 years in a managerial role in Singapore fashion retail.
• Proven track record in improving sales and managing flagship or multi-store operations.
• Strong knowledge of premium visual merchandising and leadership skills.

• Take ownership of daily store operations, including opening, closing, cash handling and service standards.
• Work with retail colleagues to plan staffing and rosters around trading needs.
• Drive sales performance by reviewing customer conversion, purchase value and team productivity.
• Turn sales results and customer feedback into practical improvements to store performance.
• Maintain consistent product presentation, window displays and store layouts.
• Coordinate with marketing colleagues on promotions, customer events and in-store campaign activity.
• Recruit, onboard and coach store employees, developing their selling skills and readiness for greater responsibility.
• Support store openings and expansion while maintaining consistent operational and customer experience standards.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of premium visual merchandising, with practical leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working hands-on across operations, sales and brand activities; experience supporting events or local marketing is highly desirable.
