Job summary

E-PLOYMENT CONSULTANCY is seeking a sales-focused professional in Singapore to drive retail performance across sales, operations, and marketing activities. You will engage customers, meet targets, and contribute to in-store promotions.

The role emphasizes customer relationship building, product knowledge, and adherence to company policies, with training provided for those new to the field.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience required.
• Luxury retail experience highly preferred.
• ITE/ Diploma with no working experience is welcome; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual sales targets.
• Attend to customers' enquiries and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Maintain customer database and follow up after sales.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Assist customers in selecting brands/models; provide product information and pricing; demonstrate product usage.

Job description

1. Sales

• Ensure individual sales target is met.
• Attend to customers' enquires and create sales opportunity and cultivate long-term relationship with customers, build and maintain customer database, and to follow-up after sales services.

2. Operations

• Ensure all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
• Attend to customers' requirements, and to provide assistance on the choice of brands and models, provide product information and pricing, and demonstrate product usage.

3. Marketing

• Involved in all in-house promotional activities.
• Participate and render support to all promotional activities when required.

Job Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of retail experience - those with luxury retail experience would be highly preferred.
• ITE/ Diploma with NO Working experience is welcome to apply as Training is provided.
• Working days: 5 day work week (Retail Hours).
• Salary: $2500-4000 (Base on Experience & Qualification).
