Job summary

ALPHA THERA PTE LTD is hiring a Retail Executive in Singapore. The role is full-time (44 hours weekly) with a base salary of SGD 2,500–3,000 plus commission. Training will cover health products, especially electric potential therapy, and customer education.

The successful candidate will have basic English and computer skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and good interpersonal abilities. Experience in sales is preferred, but training is provided for newcomers.

Qualifications

• Basic English is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Sales experience is preferred, training will be provided for those without any.
• Good interpersonal and customer-facing skills are essential.
• Ability to meet KPI targets and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Share health and product knowledge with customers.
• Educate customers on the benefits of electric potential therapy (training will be provided).
• Complete tasks and KPI targets on time as directed by management.
• Collaborate with the team on experiential marketing initiatives and rewards.
• Provide customers with good after-sales service.
