Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated retail professional to support frontline sales and store operations islandwide. You will engage customers, present products, and assist with cashiering, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.

The role requires a proactive, customer-centric approach and a willingness to learn. You must be able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, within a 5-day work week, with training rotations

Responsibilities

• Support frontline sales activities, including customer engagement, product presentation, and closing sales.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and handle inquiries, feedback, and basic issue resolution.
• Assist with cashiering, POS transactions, and daily opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in training rotations across sales, operations, inventory control, and basic reporting.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with replenishment, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Support sales promotions, campaigns, and in-store marketing activities.
• Learn and apply company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
• Assist supervisors in coordinating daily operations and team tasks.
