Job summary

ALPHA THERA PTE. LTD. invites applications for a full-time Retail Executive in Singapore.

The role focuses on educating customers about electric potential therapy, the benefits of health products, and participating in experiential marketing activities to raise awareness and engagement. You will work with a team to meet KPIs, deliver excellent after-sales service, and share health knowledge. Basic English and computer basics are preferred; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Basic English and computer literacy preferred.
• Diligent, proactive and quick learner.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Sales training provided for those without experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the benefits of electric potential therapy (training will be provided).
• Share health and product knowledge with customers.
• Complete tasks and KPI targets on time.
• Provide excellent after-sales service.

Job description

Retail Executive

• Full-time position (44 hours a week)
• Basic English is preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Diligent, self-spontaneous and active learner
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Those with sales experience are preferred, training will be provided for those without any sales experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good interactions and patient with customers
• Sharing health and product knowledge to customers
• Educate customer regarding the benefits of electric potential therapy (training will be provided)
• Complete the tasks given by the company and the superior (KPI) on stipulated time
• Sales performance completed as a team, there is no competition for customers
• Work with the team to complete the experiential marketing model and get rewards
