Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets, including upselling and cross-selling across product categories.
  • Channel Development: Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market presence.
  • Retail Execution: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute in-store promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Training & Enablement: Conduct product training sessions for retail sales staff to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic planning.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail channel sales, preferably in IT, consumer electronics, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage.
