Job summary

MINOR FOOD GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Operations Supervisor to lead kitchen and service teams, uphold QSC standards, and coordinate daily outlet activities. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on staff development.

To thrive, you should have 2+ years in a similar role, a NITEC/Diploma in F&B Management or equivalent, and proficiency in MS Office. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Diploma in F&B Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of similar working experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with ability to influence and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Create a good working environment and develop subordinates by identifying training needs and actions.
• Orientate and train employees to ensure understanding of company policies via the operations training manual.
• Manage an efficient kitchen and service team and support welfare and development.
• Ensure daily opening and closing duties are properly executed.
• Coordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain high customer service level per QSC standards.
• Maintain store image and represent the brand at all times.
• Monitor opening and closing duties of the outlet.
• Communicate daily and liaise between operations staff and management.
• Ensure POS system is operational and accurate at all times.
• Provide coordination and services for both kitchen and service.
