Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in F&B restaurant.
• Able to work on weekends/retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Supervise, guide, and support service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Plan and coordinate staff deployment, work schedules, and shift assignments.
• Conduct onboarding and on-the-job training for new and existing team members on service standards, food hygiene, and workplace safety.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and overall presentation of the dining and service areas.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met.
• Liaise closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment when required.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• Support front-of-house operations, including cashiering, order taking, and food and beverage service when required.
• Prepare daily operational reports, sales summaries, and attendance records.
• Support management in achieving operational goals, maintaining cost efficiency, and driving overall business performance.
