Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in F&B industry required.
• Proven supervisory and planning skills.
• Able to manage cost controls and resources efficiently.
• Able to train and motivate team under pressure.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
• Lead and train team members to achieve guest satisfaction and productivity.
• Monitor inventory, costs and licensing compliance to minimize wastage.
