Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality-related studies or WSQ Certificate in F&B Operations, F&B Supervision, or F&B Management.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced, demanding environments.
• Strong business acumen, results orientation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure service and safety standards are met.
• Communicate KPIs on sales, service, and food quality to staff.
• Manage restaurant shifts and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with the Chef to meet guest requirements and kitchen standards.
• Ensure licensing, hygiene, and health & safety compliance.
• Prepare manpower and sales reports to support decisions.
• Identify and implement improvements to boost sales and guest spending.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
