Job summary

Pan Pacific Orchard Singapore invites applications for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Mosella Mediterranean Restaurant. You will lead service, build a strong team, and ensure guest experiences are warm, efficient and memorable.

We seek a calm, motivated leader with 3–5 years in restaurant leadership, who can coach staff, control operations during peak periods and drive commercial performance while maintaining high standards of food and service.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience of at least 3 to 5 years in similar setting.
• A natural motivator and a strong operator, equal parts people person and systems thinker.
• Stay calm under pressure.
• Obsessed with the guest experience.
• Strong instinct to lead, coach and create calm and order.

Responsibilities

• Set the energy of every service, creating warmth, pace and memorable moments.
• Coach and grow your team, spotting potential and building a proud, capable crew.
• Bring structure to the chaos with clear standards and calm routines.
• Raise the bar on food and service and uphold quality and presentation.
• Master the rush with hosting, queue management and smooth operations.
• Run the restaurant commercially by rosters, cost control, driving covers and repeat business.
• Keep the whole engine connected with timely communication within and outside the team.
