Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks an experienced Restaurant/F&B General Manager to lead daily operations, supervise service, inventory, cost control, and staff development while ensuring food safety and SOP compliance.

You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee marketing activities, and deliver timely reports to management in a fast-paced dining environment, maintaining quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality, F&B management, or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and operations.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle pressure.
• Good knowledge of inventory and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: supervise daily restaurant operations, monitor hygiene, manage reservations and guest flow.
• Customer Service: ensure high-quality service, handle complaints and feedback, maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Staff Management: recruit, train, schedule, and coach staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Financial & Inventory Management: monitor sales, cash handling, budgeting, purchasing, and stock control.
• Menu & Quality Control: work with chefs on menu planning, quality, and portion consistency.
• Marketing & Promotion: support promotions, events, online marketing, and reviews.
• Reporting: prepare daily/weekly operational and financial reports and highlight issues to management.
