Job summary

Pan Pacific Orchard Singapore invites applications for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Mosella Mediterranean Restaurant. You will lead service, build a strong team, and ensure guest experiences are warm, efficient and memorable.

We seek a calm, motivated leader with 3–5 years in restaurant leadership, who can coach staff, control operations during peak periods and drive commercial performance while maintaining high standards of food and service.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience of at least 3 to 5 years in similar setting.
• A natural motivator and a strong operator, equal parts people person and systems thinker.

• Set the energy of every service. You are the heartbeat of the floor with the ability to create warmth, pace and moments guests remember and come back for.

• Bring structure to the chaos. You have an innate ability to design the structure and standards that make busy services feel calm and consistent.

• Raise the bar on food and service. You are clear on your expectations and has the ability to motivate the Team to drive and uphold quality and presentation, and turn a service slip into a recovery guests talk about for the right reasons.

• Master the rush. You own hosting, queue management and floor/operations management so peak periods feel seamless.

• Run a tight ship commercially. You understand that driving the Restaurant commercially goes beyond managing rosters, control cost, driving covers, especially repeat ones and upselling, but also understanding the numbers behind a great meal period and what makes it tick.

• Keep the whole engine connected. Communication to you is never one way. You take ownership of smooth and timely communication within and outside of the Team so nothing falls through between the cracks.
