• Bring structure to busy services with clear standards for calm and consistency.
• Raise the bar on food and service and drive upselling while protecting quality and presentation.
• Master peak periods with seamless hosting, queue management and floor operations.
• Run a tight ship commercially by rostering, controlling costs and driving repeat business.
