ORIENTAL OUTREACH MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Assistant for our Singapore outlets. You will work with the Restaurant Manager to ensure sales targets are met, maintain service standards, and keep the outlets clean and welcoming.

You will interact with customers, handle queries, and guide new hires. The role requires flexibility to work at different outlets across Singapore and a clear understanding of the local F&B market.

Qualifications

• Degree in any field.
• Food Safety Level 1 Certified.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in F&B or retail.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore market and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; copywriting skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• To assist Restaurant Manager in operations of outlets to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Interact with customers and attend to any queries.
• Ensure the standard of service provided to customers at all times.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness throughout the day.
• Guide and assist new hire in operations.
• To be able to work at different outlets across Singapore.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by Management.
