Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Manager.
• Monitor outlet's expenses, ensuring costs stay within budget.
• Assist in planning staff duty schedules and ensure sufficient staff.
• Supervise outlet operations and serve customers.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain relationships.
• Progressively master skills to run restaurant operations.
• Receive training and rotate across company operations.
• Solicit feedback from customers and staff for improvements.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
