Job summary

FASTGIG PTE. LTD. is seeking experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers / Restaurant Managers to lead daily operations, manage teams, and uphold high standards of service, food quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency in our growing F&B outlets.

You will supervise staff, train and coach teams, handle rosters, stock checks, and ensure food safety and customer satisfaction. Working five days a week with islandwide locations; AWS and VB are provided, plus staff dining discount and meal allowance.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Restaurant Management, Assistant Restaurant Management, or similar supervisory role within the F&B industry
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated by leading, coaching, and motivating teams
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage staff and customers
• Proven customer service and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
• Positive, proactive, and hands-on work approach
• Commitment to maintaining high operational standards
• Team player capable of working collaboratively with staff and management
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Capacity to handle extended working hours when required

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service and high customer satisfaction
• Perform operational tasks including order taking, cashiering, reservation handling, serving, and daily sales reconciliation
• Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and customer service consistently
• Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve high service and operational standards
• Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring to support employee development and service excellence
• Enforce staff discipline and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Prepare and manage staff rosters to align manpower with business needs and budget constraints
• Monitor staffing levels to maintain adequate manpower for service standards
• Conduct monthly stock checks and manage inventory replenishment to ensure supply availability
• Oversee food safety, hygiene, sanitation, health, and workplace safety compliance with regulations and company guidelines
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up
• Monitor daily restaurant performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements
• Prepare monthly reports on sales, operations, staffing, and overall outlet performance for management review
• Collaborate with management to achieve operational and business targets
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager
