Job summary

Select Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Outlet Manager in Singapore to lead daily operations, supervise staff, ensure service quality, and manage customer feedback. The role involves recruitment, training, and hands-on operations across kitchen and service with a 6-day work week.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of relevant experience in a food court or managerial role, plus qualifications in O-level or Diploma/F&B service. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Food court, managerial role.
• Minimum ‘O’ level or Graduate Diploma in any field / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / in F&B service or equivalent.
• Willing to be involved in hands-on operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform tasks independently or with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team.
• Willing to work 6 days work week, inclusive of Weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall management of the outlet.
• Handling emergency and difficult situations.
• Coordinate daily roster and supervise attendance.
• Supervise pre-meal meeting conducted with staff daily.
• Project and order daily required supplies.
• Provide coordination and services for both kitchen and service.
• Provide suggestions or develop new SOP to improve on operation.
• Liaise with food stall operators to address their needs and concerns.
• Ensure partners/vendors comply with contractual agreements and food court policies.
• In-charge of recruitment, selection and training of new hires.
• Monitor and manage the staff performance including punctuality, customer service and food quality.
• In-charge of overall supervision of the outlet/restaurant.
• Facilitate innovation and lead staff to implement change.
• Manage an efficient team of service staff by coach, training, and supervising staff to operate stations and deliver a great customer experience.
• Ensure and maintain service quality and professional etiquette.
• Customer feedback management.
• Examine food and beverage preparation.
• Ensure quality control for food and service.
