Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in Mediterranean or Greek dining.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
  • Fluency in Greek (spoken & written) is required for supplier communication.
  • Proficiency in English and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Greek cuisine, wines, and cultural dining traditions.
  • Existing contacts within the Greek community in Singapore is a strong advantage.
  • Financial and operational management experience, including budgeting and revenue growth.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Uphold the authenticity of our Greek cuisine and cultural dining experience.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier customer service.
  • Monitor inventory, manage supply orders, and liaise directly with Greek ingredient suppliers.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Develop marketing initiatives, collaborating with Greek associations and cultural communities.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage budgets, payroll, and cost controls to achieve business profitability.
  • Plan and organize special events such as Greek festivals, wine tastings, and live music nights
