Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Residential Property Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day management of leased residential properties in line with government guidelines and client standards in Singapore.

You will coordinate stakeholder relationships, support account management with market insights, prepare lease documentation, maintain records, and ensure safety, compliance, and service delivery across the estate.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum three years’ experience in residential property management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day management of leased residential properties.
• Maintain relationships with residents, authorities, service providers, and internal teams.
• Advise Account Management on local leased residential property market.
• Prepare lease documentation and related paperwork.
• Maintain electronic records of property matters.
• Ensure properties meet HSE regulations and client standards.
• Assist with estate budget management and forecasting.
• Support maintenance contracts and service delivery.
• Deliver high standards of customer service to residents.
