JLL Singapore is seeking a Residential Property Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of leased residential properties in compliance with government guidelines and client standards. You will support the Account Management team and liaise with residents, suppliers, and authorities.

The role requires a university degree and at least three years in residential property management, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Qualificações

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of three years' experience in residential property management or a related field.
• Familiarity with local health and safety standards and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating the management of leased residential properties and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Providing advice and assisting Account Management on the local leased residential property market.
• Supporting staff with residential property matters and liaising with real estate brokers.
• Preparing lease documentation and related paperwork.
• Maintaining electronic records of residential property matters and service providers.
• Ensuring properties meet HSE regulations and client standards.
• Supporting budget management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Managing contracts for maintenance and essential services.
• Escalating issues to Site Management as needed.
• Delivering high standards of customer service and timely responses to residents.
