Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Building Services or Real Estate.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in building operations.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Team player with good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist Building Manager with day-to-day building maintenance and operations.
• Monitor systems for safe and efficient operation per design specs.
• Supervise preventive maintenance and procurement of parts.
• Administer PTWs and manage vendors/contractors.
• Review cost-saving opportunities to improve asset longevity and efficiency.
• Support tendering, OH&S, and risk management processes.
• Contribute to asset strategies and client reporting.

Formation

Diploma in Building Services/ Real Estate or its equivalent
