Responsibilities
- Assist the Resident Engineer on-site in supervising and inspecting construction work.
- Ensure construction activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Review and approve construction drawings, materials, and method statements.
- Coordinate with team, contractors, and engineers to resolve technical issues.
- Keep detailed records of site activities including reports and updates.
- Check drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with approved plans.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
- Collaborate with authorities to obtain necessary approvals for activities.
- Participate in site meetings, inspections, and audits for compliance.
- Ensure construction works comply with approved plans and contractual agreements.
Education
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Resident Engineer on-site in supervising and inspecting construction work to ensure that all works comply with statutory and client requirements.
- Ensuring that construction activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Reviewing and approving construction drawings, materials, and method statements.
- Coordinating with QPS team, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any technical issues that may arise during the project.
- Keeping detailed records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and quality control measures.
- Review and check all the drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
- Providing technical support and guidance to the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborating with relevant authorities and agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits for construction activities.
- Participating in site meetings, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Ensuring that all construction works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and contractual agreements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
