Job summary

A construction management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to supervise construction works. The role requires a diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in LTA projects. Qualifications

• Registered RTO with IES/ACES.

Responsibilities

• Carry out full-time supervision of construction works.
• Monitor progress and compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Assume other duties assigned by the Superintending Officer.

• To carry out full-time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations and in accordance with the contract and Superintending Officer’s instructions.
• To monitor progress and ensure that the work is done and materials used are in accordance with approved specifications, codes, standards, and regulations.
• Assume any other duties in connection with the project assigned by the S.O.
• Supervise any works in compliance with contract requirements.
