Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager.
• Attend and handle requests and feedback from the public.
• Maintain documentation records of all requests or complaints from residents.
• Attend to walk-in owners to answer queries.
• Arrange inspections and appointments.
• Update weekly reports.
• Tabulate monthly reports for submission to HDB.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain project files.
