Job summary

DEENN Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Project Liaison to manage public and stakeholder communications for HDB works, addressing conflicts and feedback with tact and clarity. Qualifications

• Minimum of 'O' Levels or Nitec certificate with at least 5 subjects passed.
• WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) required.
• At least 3 years of HDB working experience in related field; independent and good team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve conflicts and feedback from public and stakeholders pertaining to the project.
• Conduct regular visits to residents/stakeholders affected by the works to gather feedback, preparing circulars, letters and flyers to keep stakeholders informed on site activities and progress.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Management Team and liaise with Government authorities, the public, and lessees of the property related to project work.

Education

O Levels / Nitec Certificate with at least 5 subjects passed; WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) Certification
