Job summary

CATIG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an capable administrative coordinator to support project management. You will report directly to the Project Manager, handle public requests and feedback, and maintain thorough documentation of all queries from residents.

You will also greet walk-in owners, arrange inspections, and contribute to weekly and monthly reports for submission to HDB, while performing general project file duties with diligence.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager.
• Attend and handle request and feedback from the public.
• Maintain documentation record of all requests or complaints from residents.
• Attend to walk-in owners to answer any general query.
• Arrange for inspection and appointments.
• Update of weekly report.
• Tabulate monthly report for submission to HDB.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain project files.
