Job summary

HOFEN BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable administrator to support Woodland-site construction projects including the HDB Home Improvement Programme.

The role involves coordinating resident feedback, scheduling tests and surveys, and preparing notices for upcoming activities. You will liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, assist the Project Manager with admin duties, and document progress with before/after photos for QS claims.

Responsibilities

• Attend to resident feedback and coordinate responses.
• Arrange tests/surveys in resident units.
• Prepare schedules for internal works.
• Liaise with suppliers/sub-contractors on rectification and ongoing works.
• Prepare notices to residents for upcoming activities.
• Assist Project Manager with admin and other tasks.
• Prepare before/after photos of work for QS progress claims.
• Attend night meetings (monthly or quarterly); off days given.
