Job summary

A Singapore-based quality solutions company is seeking a Resident Engineer to supervise civil and structural works. The candidate should have at least four years of civil engineering experience, with a minimum of two years in similar supervision. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with construction methods and safety protocols, as well as monitoring contractor work. A Bachelor's in civil engineering is mandatory, and accreditation by JAC of IES / ACES is preferred for this role.

Job Description :

• REs shall provide standing supervision of all civil and structural works to ensure compliance with the following authorities' requirements :
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
• Supervise and monitoring of contractors' work to ensure they are carried out in accordance with the provision in the contract document.
• To monitor the progress and assist SRE / QP on structural inspection on all Structural works according to the approved drawings issued.
• Main Bus depot building, dormitory and administration office (Pasir Panjang)
• Job Requirements
• The RE shall have minimum three (4) years of experience as a civil engineer; and have least two (2) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to the Works in the Civil Contract.
• All RE shall have a Bachelor Engineering in the civil discipline or equivalent and be accredited by JAC of IES / ACES as QSS.
