Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to supervise architectural works. The role involves ensuring compliance with approved designs, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation. Candidates should have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of site supervision experience on large projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM tools is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from a recognised university and eligible for registration with the Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of local codes and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works to ensure compliance with designs, requirements, and standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections and manage defect rectification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works to ensure compliance with approved designs, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and manage non-conformance or defects rectification.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to resolve architectural issues and ensure integration with other trades.
• Maintain project documentation, issue site instructions, and support completion inspections (TOP/CSC).

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from a recognised university and eligible for registration with the Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, local codes, and construction methods.
