We are looking for a research assistant to support the development copper nanoparticles (NanoCu) paste as a thermal interface material.
Process development and characterisation of the NanoCu paste properties
Maintenance of lab or equipment or supplies that include procurement and liaison with suppliers
Produce high quality reports and documents that consolidate research findings
Bachelor qualification degree in Materials Science/Engineering or related field
At least 1 year of relevant experiences in technical hands‑on experience in materials processing or characterization
