LEE & LEE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the renewable energy sector, identifying new opportunities and managing client relationships across solar, wind, storage and related solutions.

You will develop marketing strategies, oversee marketing materials and campaigns, coordinate digital initiatives, and represent the company at industry events to strengthen brand visibility and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–3 years in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or sustainability preferred.
• Experience in winning projects, closing deals, and building strategic partnerships is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue renewable energy opportunities (solar, wind, BESS, EV charging).
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, utilities, regulators, and partners.
• Lead project origination activities from site identification to early development.
• Prepare proposals, bids, tenders, RFQs, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships in coordination with legal and technical teams.
• Develop marketing strategies and support brand development across channels.
