STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a business development professional to identify and pursue new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and coordinate marketing and promotional activities in Singapore. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills with related experience in sales or client management.

The position offers a central location and a base salary with commission, reflecting performance-based rewards and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities are required.
• Experience in business development, sales, customer service or client relationship management is advantageous.
• Healthcare/energy/renewable energy industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential customers.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and reports.
• Coordinate client meetings and promotional activities.
• Support sales negotiations and follow-ups to meet targets.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams for project execution.
• Maintain accurate client records and reports.
• Provide operational and administrative support for day-to-day operations.
• Assist with digital marketing and branding as needed.
• Undertake ad hoc projects as required by Management.
