Job summary

Atlas Technica is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Singapore-based Support team. This hands-on role focuses on remote IT support, troubleshooting, and systems administration for client environments.

You will work with Client Technology Managers and other teams to resolve requests and maintain secure, reliable infrastructure. You should have 2+ years in IT support or systems administration, strong Windows/Office skills, and experience with Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience in desktop support or systems administration.
• Strong end-user and desktop support across Windows, Office, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID).
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related systems.
• Experience with endpoint protection such as Sophos.
• Basic understanding of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).

Responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support and technical assistance to users across assigned client environments.
• Manage and resolve support requests through the organization’s ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues involving Windows, Office, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related technologies.
• Support Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Teams, Entra ID).
• Assist with systems administration across Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint-management technologies.
• Troubleshoot networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, and infrastructure-related issues within client environments.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with senior engineers and other resources.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and technical documentation.
• Follow security standards and change-control procedures.
• Communicate status and resolutions to users and stakeholders.
